→ Choke cable fully out; operating lever for choke valve -1- must be on stop.
‒
→ Connect up ignition tester V.A.G 1367 with clip-on trigger 1367/8 or ignition tester V.A.G 1767.
‒
→ Fully open choke valve with lever -2-.
‒
Start engine. The engine speed must be 4200 ± 200 rpm. If necessary, adjust cold idle speed by bending stop lever -arrow- to a level or 4200 rpm.

Press lever together

Press lever apart
