Installing > < Removing and installing moulded headliner (Estate)

Removing
Removing
–  Disconnect battery earth strap.
   
–  Lever interior light out with a screwdriver and disconnect connectors.

–  Remove cover for cable drive and pull off beading for sliding/tilting sunroof aperture (only on vehicles with sliding/tilting sunroof).
–  Remove upper B-pillar trim → Item.
–  Remove upper A-pillar trim → Chapter.
–  Remove luggage compartment cover → Chapter.
–  Remove upper C-pillar trim → Chapter.
–  Remove D-pillar trim → Chapter.

–  Unscrew sun visors -1- and sun visor supports -2- (turn sun visor supports 90° to remove) -arrows- (disconnect electrical connections if fitted).
–  Remove end strip.
–  Unscrew grab handles.

–  Fold grab handle -1- down.
–  Lever covers -2- up using screwdriver and fold open.
–  Unscrew cross-head screws -3- and take off handle-1-.
The front grab handles are marked with a V on vehicles with sliding/tilting sunroof and the rear grab handles are marked with an H.
–  Lower moulded headlining with help of second mechanic (danger of breakage) and remove from vehicle.
