–  Check clip -1- for damage and renew if necessary.
–  Swing the door handle in while turning the ignition key 45° to the right, so that the handle slides along the door panel without any gap -arrow-.
–  Screw in bolt -2-; specified torque = 8 Nm.
  Note
Left lock - right-hand thread, right lock - left-hand thread.

–  Undo tolerance bolt -1- on the door lock.
–  Press door handle into place -arrow-.
–  Tighten the tolerance bolt (Torx -T20-); specified torque = 3 Nm.
Do not push the tolerance bolt sideways when tightening it (e.g. by bracing the screwdriver on the panel cutout). The door handle must be pressed against the outer door panel.
Adjustment is performed by tightening the tolerance bolt.
–  Then perform a functional check.
