Adjusting clutch play between -K1- and -K2-
Adjusting clutch play between -K1- and -K2-
–  To adjust clutch play, install components without shim ( → Item) ⇒ Assembling planetary gearbox → Chapter.
   
1 - Gearbox housing
2 - Needle thrust bearing with washer
q   Needle thrust bearing faces small input shaft
q   Washer faces towards -K3-.
3 - 3rd and 4th gear clutch -K3- with pump shaft
q   For gearboxes from 01.93 → Chapter, clutch -K3- shifts only 4th gear.
4 - Needle thrust bearing washer
q   Lugs face needle thrust bearing
5 - Needle thrust bearing
6 - Needle thrust bearing washer
7 - 1st to 3rd gear clutch -K1- with turbine shaft
8 - Shims
q   Do not install when adjusting clutch play
q   1 or 2 shims may be installed
9 - Reverse gear clutch -K2-
