Additional information and assembly work for vehicles with air conditioner
  WARNING
The air conditioner refrigerant circuit must not be opened.
  Note
The opening of the refrigerant circuit can only be carried out in workshops, which have trained personnel and the necessary range of tools and workshop equipment.
To facilitate removing and installing engine without opening refrigerant circuit:
–  Unbolt air conditioner fluid reservoir and allow to hang free.
–  Remove poly V-belt → Chapter.
–  Remove lock carrier with add-on parts and lower → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. Gr.50.
–  Unbolt bracket for refrigerant pipe from longitudinal member.
   
–  Remove air conditioner compressor and lay to side with lock carrier so that the refrigerant hoses are not stressed -arrows-.
