From 10/92 a modified brake caliper has been fitted to rear axle.

→ The brake caliper is identified externally via the bolted-on handbrake cable securing point -A-. Previously cast direct on caliper housing.

Notes:

The new brake caliper has a modified handbrake operation which increases the hydraulic/mechanical efficiency of the rear brakes. Note the following conditions:

• ◆ Mixed type installation (old and new version) is not permissible
• ◆ Installation in vehicles before 10/92 is not possible.
