Note:

The switch is located in the tailgate/boot lid lock. Removing and installing see Workshop manual General body repairs; Repair group 55.

→ Removing:

• ‒ Pull off connector
• ‒ Release locating lugs on side with screwdriver and at the same time pull switch out of tailgate lock

Installing:

• ‒ Insert switch in tailgate lock until locating lugs latch in
• ‒ Push on connector
