Removing and installing number plate light for Golf Convertible from March 1998

Removing

  • ‒ → Remove cross-head screws -arrows- of the respective number plate light.
  • ‒ Remove lens with bulb.
  • ‒ Remove bulb (12 Volt/5 Watt)

Installing

Install in reverse order.

Note:

On the lens of the number plate light there is a small silver coloured light shield strip -arrow-. This must always face the bumper when installing.
