• ‒ Code immobilizer control unit .

Note:

If the display is not as per the display in the work sequence:

=> Operating instructions for Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051.

• ‒ Connect Vehicle Diagnosis, Measuring and Information System VAS 5051, select operating mode "Vehicle self-diagnosis", switch on ignition and select "25 - Immobilizer".

→ Indicated on display:

• ‒ Obtain PIN according to chassis number -2- stored in the immobilizer control unit and identification number -3-.
• ‒ Press arrow button -1- on display.
• ‒ Adapt all ignition keys => page 01-33 .
• ‒ Connect Vehicle Diagnosis, Measuring and Information System VAS 5051, select operating mode 1 "Vehicle self-diagnosis", switch on ignition and select "25 - Immobilizer".

→ Indicated on display:

• ‒ Press "Activating (PIN)" on display -arrow-.

→ Indicated on display:

• ‒ Confirm note -arrow-.

→ Indicated on display:

• ‒ Confirm note -arrow-.

→ Indicated on display:

• ‒ Enter 7-digit PIN using number block.
• ‒ Press ⇒ key.

→ Indicated on display:

• ‒ Check entered PIN.
• ‒ If PIN is correct, confirm with "Yes" -1-.
• ‒ If PIN is not correct, press button "No" -2- and enter PIN again using number block.

→ Indicated on display:

• ‒ Confirm note -arrow-.

→ Indicated on display:

• ‒ Press "10 - Adaption" on display -arrow-.

→ Indicated on display:

• ‒ Press keys 0 and 0 on the display number block -arrow-.
• ‒ Confirm entry with Q key on display number block.
• ‒ Confirm message "Erase learnt values".
• ‒ Switch ignition off and on again after 5 seconds.

Note:

The engine may only be started after a period of 2 minutes.
