Condition
l  The pistons must not be positioned at TDC.
  Note
Sliding application of PTFE seals (polytetrafluoroethylene). Identification: no annular spring; wider sealing lip. The sealing lip of these seals must not be oiled or lubricated. An old model radial shaft seal (with annular ring) may be renewed by a PTFE seal, but not vice versa.

–  Fit seal using assembly tool -T10071- and press in to stop using fitting sleeve -T10071/1- and bolt -T10071/2-.
–  Fit Woodruff key in camshaft.
  N15-0405
–  Install camshaft toothed belt pulley. To tighten bolt, hold camshaft toothed belt pulley tight using counterhold tool -3415-. Torque setting: 100 Nm.
  Note
When camshaft is turned, crankshaft must not be at TDC. Danger of damage to valves and piston crowns.
