Removing magnetic coupling
  Note
The clearance must be redetermined after the air conditioning system magnetic coupling -N25- has been installed → Chapter.
   
–  Remove hexagon nut.
To counterhold, use a commercially available 2-hole pin wrench -VAS 3212- with a pin diameter of 4 mm.
  Caution
There are two versions of hexagon nuts.
The air conditioning system magnetic coupling -N25- can come loose or the thread of the air conditioner compressor can be damaged.
Observe torque settings of hexagon nuts.
Torque setting:
t  Chrome 6 Nm, black chromized 40 Nm.
t  Chrome 3 Nm, silver coloured 25 Nm.
Pull out coupling disc.
  A87-0104
–  Release coupling disc carefully with two screwdrivers-A- and remove.
Pull off belt poly V-belt pulley.
  A87-0105
–  Position commercially available two-arm puller -A- on shoulder -B- and pull off poly V-belt pulley.
Install the solenoid.
  A87-0106
–  Fit solenoid to air conditioner compressor.
–  Place locking pin -C- in recess of solenoid -A-.
–  Redetermine clearance of air conditioning system magnetic coupling -N25- after assembly → Chapter.
