Removing and installing bonded rubber bushes for final drive > < Removing

Installing
Bonded rubber bushes supplied as replacement parts are packed in sealed plastic bags.
Do not use bonded rubber bushes which have been stored unsealed.
   
–  Attach special tool to bonded rubber bush.
1 - Spindle -T10030/3-
2 - Washer with chamfer
3 - Thrust piece -10030/4-
 - Shoulder -arrow- faces bonded rubber bush
4 - Bonded rubber bush
–  Lubricate bonded rubber bush with, e.g., liquid soap.
  N42-0376
–  Now bring bonded rubber bush and special tool into position on subframe.
–  Pull in bonded rubber bush by turning spindle.

2 - Installation position of bonded rubber bush in subframe
Spindle must be inserted from below to remove and pull in the front bonded rubber bushes on the subframe.
Further installation of the subframe is performed in reverse order.
