Installing right spring
  Note
If coil spring is renewed, bump stop must also be renewed.
   
–  Insert spring in spring retainers.
The start of the spring coil must be positioned in the spring retainer as figure on the spring retainer -arrow- shows.
I - Lower left spring retainer (LL).
II - Lower right spring retainer (LR).
–  Turn spindle on spring compressor until spring is slightly compressed.
–  Check that spring retainers are properly positioned on spring coils.
–  Compress coil spring until it can be installed in vehicle.
–  Stop compressing spring at the latest when spring coils touch one another.

For vehicles without stop on the bump stop -2-.
The start of the spring coil -3- must be in the 9 o'clock position.

For vehicles with stop on the bump stop -2-.
The start of the spring coil must lie against the stop -arrow-.
–  Reduce tension on spring by turning spindle anti-clockwise.
–  Do not use an impact wrench or similar tool.
If the spindles are turned too far, the spring retainers will jam in the spring!

–  Unscrew nut -1- and remove bolt with spring retainer.
–  Remove spring compressor from spring.
