Installing
Installing
–  Fill vane pump with hydraulic fluid.
Fill pump with fluid though suction connecting piece.
–  Turn hub by hand until fluid exits from pressure side.
–  Fit vane pump into bracket and tighten bolts to 25 Nm.
   
–  Install suction hose and spring-type clip.
The mark -arrow A- must align with casting seam -arrow-.
The spring-type clip must be flush with mark -arrow B-.
–  Fit new seals on banjo bolt.
–  Tighten banjo bolt to 38 Nm.
Further installation is performed in reverse sequence.
