Dismantling and assembling flange shaft
Dismantling and assembling flange shaft
The flange shaft will now be dismantled for cleaning.
   
1 - Countersunk bolt
q   Do not remove bolts from both sides at once.
q   30 Nm
q   Always renew
2 - Flange shaft
3 - Retaining ring
q   Removing and installing → Fig.
4 - Compression spring
5 - Thrust washer
6 - Tapered ring
7 - Retaining ring

   
Removing and installing retaining ring for flange shaft
–  Press on securing ring by hand onto stop.
Specified torques
  N39-10380
Heat shield for drive shaft to bevel box25 Nm
