Aligning exhaust system stress free
Aligning exhaust system stress free
l  The exhaust system must be aligned when cold.
–  Loosen bolted connections of front clamp → Item.
   
–  Push exhaust system forward until preload on rear silencer retainer is -dimension a- 5…11 mm.
  A26-0733
–  Install clamp so that end of bolt -arrow- does not extend beyond lower edge of clamp.
l  Bolted connection faces right.
–  Tighten bolted connections of clamp evenly to 25 Nm.
