1 - Wheel bearing housing (3-point mounting) - FS III brakes
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
q   With integrated brake carrier.
q   If wheel bearing housing is renewed, wheels must be aligned → Chapter.
q   Allocation → Electronic parts catalogue „ETKA“
2 - Wheel hub with wheel bearing (3-point mounting) - FS III brakes
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
q   The ABS sensor ring is installed in the wheel hub
q   Allocation → Electronic parts catalogue „ETKA“
3 - Suspension strut
4 - Multi-point socket head bolt
q   Tip of bolt must point in direction of travel
5 - Front left speed sensor -G47-/front right speed sensor -G45-
q   Before inserting speed sensor, clean inner surface of fitting hole and coat with lubricating paste -G 000 650-.
6 - Hexagon socket head bolt
q   8 Nm
7 - Track rod ball joint
8 - Splash plate
9 - Bolt
q   10 Nm
10 - Nut
q   M12 x 1.5
q   20 Nm + 90° further
q   Self-locking
q   Always renew after removing.
11 - Wheel bearing housing (4-point mounting) - FS III brakes
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
q   With integrated brake carrier.
q   If wheel bearing housing is renewed, wheels must be aligned → Chapter.
q   Allocation → Electronic parts catalogue „ETKA“
12 - Ventilated brake disc
13 - Bolt
q   Various versions
q   Allocation → Electronic parts catalogue „ETKA“
q   Hexagon bolt, 200 Nm and turn +180° further
q   Loosening and tightening hexagon bolt → Chapter
  WARNING
t  There are two versions of the twelve-point head bolt, with and without ribs Distinguishing feature → Fig..
t  When installing a twelve-point bolt, always note which version of the twelve-point bolt is installed
t  The respective specified torque must also be used.
t  The specified torque for twelve-point bolts »with« ribbing is 70 Nm + 90° when loosening and tightening → Chapter.
t  The specified torque for twelve-point bolts »without« ribbing is 200 Nm + 180° when loosening and tightening → Chapter.
q   Always renew after removing.
14 - Bolt
q   Torque setting → Brake systems; Rep. gr.46.
15 - Wheel hub with wheel bearing (4-point mounting)
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
q   The ABS sensor ring is installed in the wheel hub
q   Various versions
q   Allocation → Electronic parts catalogue „ETKA“
16 - Wheel bearing housing (4-point mounting) - FN3 brakes
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
q   With bolted-on brake carrier.
q   If wheel bearing housing is renewed, wheels must be aligned → Chapter.

17 - Multi-point socket head bolt
q   M12 x 1.5 x 45
q   70 Nm + 90° further
q   Always renew after removing.
18 - Drive shaft
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
19 - Nut
q   M12 x 1.5
q   70 Nm + 90° further
q   Self-locking
q   Always renew after removing.

   
Distinguishing features between twelve-point head bolt with ribbing and twelve-point head bolt without ribbing.
The twelve-point head bolt are only distinguishable on the contact surfaces -arrow A- and -arrow B-.
