Note| t | If a new rear lid is fitted, a new piece of adhesive tape has to be attached. |
| t | If the piece of adhesive tape is not stuck on, rainwater from the rear lid will drip into the luggage compartment. |

| – | Stick adhesive tape -1K6.827.972- on in the position indicated on left and right. |
| 3 - | Rear window |
| Installation of rear lid -1- is carried out in reverse order of removal. |
| – | Specified torque for bolts -3-: 10 Nm. |
| – | Adjusting rear lid -1- → Chapter. |
| l | Before closing rear lid -1-, check function of lid release components. |
