Note| t | The sealing lip is damaged during removal due to the tight gap on the windscreen. |
| t | If an undamaged windscreen is reinstalled, a new sealing lip is required. |
| t | Ensure that the adhesive surfaces are free of dust and grease. |
| t | Adhesive remover -D 002 000 10- must be used exclusively. |
| t | The sealing lip must be bonded in place immediately after cleaning. |
| t | Pull protective backing off only directly prior to installation. |
| t | Working temperature is approx. 21 ℃. |
| – | Pull off damaged sealing lip. |
| – | Completely remove any adhesive residue. |
| – | Clean ceramic surface with adhesive remover. |
| – | Gauge -T10391- is set to 6 mm -dimension a-. |
| – | Using a ballpoint pen -2- and the gauge, mark the inner dimension of the sealing lip -3- across the entire width. |
| – | Bond new sealing lip to line. |
