t  Gauge -T10391-

  Note
t  The sealing lip is damaged during removal due to the tight gap on the windscreen.
t  If an undamaged windscreen is reinstalled, a new sealing lip is required.
t  Ensure that the adhesive surfaces are free of dust and grease.
t  Adhesive remover -D 002 000 10- must be used exclusively.
t  The sealing lip must be bonded in place immediately after cleaning.
t  Pull protective backing off only directly prior to installation.
t  Working temperature is approx. 21 ℃.
–  Pull off damaged sealing lip.
–  Completely remove any adhesive residue.
–  Clean ceramic surface with adhesive remover.
–  Gauge -T10391- is set to 6 mm -dimension a-.
–  Using a ballpoint pen -2- and the gauge, mark the inner dimension of the sealing lip -3- across the entire width.
–  Bond new sealing lip to line.
