t  The hinge bolts must always be renewed if loosened.
t  Hinges are one piece.
t  If a hinge is replaced, it must be greased.
1 - Door
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Adjusting → Chapter
2 - Guide bolt
q   Specified torque: 10 Nm
3 - Door hinge with arrester
q   Greasing when hinge is replaced → Chapter
4 - Multi-point socket head bolt
q   Specified torque: 38 Nm
q   Always renew bolts after loosening.
5 - Cover
6 - Multi-point socket head bolt
q   Installed from inside vehicle.
q   Remove lower B-pillar trim → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
q   Specified torque: 50 Nm
q   Always renew bolts after loosening.
7 - Multi-point socket head bolt
q   Specified torque: 38 Nm
q   Always renew bolts after loosening.
8 - Multi-point socket head bolt
q   Specified torque: 50 Nm
q   Always renew bolts after loosening.
9 - Bottom spacer plate
10 - Guide bolt
q   Specified torque: 10 Nm
11 - Adjuster ring
q   Restricts the adjustment range for the eccentric pin.
12 - Bolt
q   For eccentric pin
q   Specified torque: 28 Nm
13 - Door hinge
q   Door hinge is one piece.
q   Greasing when hinge is replaced → Chapter
14 - Multi-point socket head bolt
q   Specified torque: 50 Nm
q   Always renew bolts after loosening.
15 - Multi-point socket head bolt
q   Specified torque: 50 Nm
q   Always renew bolts after loosening.
16 - Multi-point socket head bolt
q   Specified torque: 38 Nm
q   Always renew bolts after loosening.
17 - Eccentric pin
q   The eccentric pin serves to adjust the shut line.
18 - Bottom spacer plate
