»Carry out the following work sequence«
Removing
–  Remove engine cover → Chapter.
–  Before pulling off, spray two hoses of pressure differential sender -G 505- with solvent.
   
–  Pull electrical connector -2- from pressure differential sender -G 505-.
–  Unscrew bolt -4- → Item.
–  Carefully pull hoses straight off connections (the connections can easily break off pressure differential sender -G 505-).
–  Unscrew bolt -3- → Item and remove pressure differential sender -G 505-.
Installing
–  When installing, note the following:
l  Specified torque for pressure differential sender -G 505- bolt, see assembly overview - Lambda probe → Item
  Note
t  Before installing, blow out hoses of pressure differential sender -G 505- to particulate filter with compressed air (hoses can become obstructed or may ice up due to condensation).
t  Make sure that hoses are securely fitted and seal properly.
t  If pressure connections are detached from particulate filter, tighten to 45 Nm.
Adaptation must be performed after renewing pressure differential sender -G 505- and/or particulate filter. (The procedure is also described under Guided Functions).
