Hose clamps up to 25 mm -3094-

Drip tray for workshop hoist -VAS 6208-

Hose clip pliers -VAS 6362-
Removing
–
Remove engine cover panel
→ Chapter
.
–
Loosen bolt
-1-
and remove bolt
-2-
and nut
-3-
.
–
Remove bracket
-4-
from fuel filter, and lay fuel filter
-7-
aside with fuel hoses
-5-
and
-6-
connected.
–
Remove noise insulation
→ General body repairs, exterior; Rep. gr.66
.
–
Remove front right wheel housing liner:
→ General body repairs, exterior; Rep. gr.66
.
–
Place drip tray for workshop crane -VAS 6208- beneath engine.
–
Pull connector
-3-
off radiator outlet coolant temperature sender -G83-.
–
Clamp off coolant hoses with hose clips -3094-.
–
Loosen hose clamps
-arrows-
and pull coolant hoses off right coolant pipe.
–
Unscrew nut
-1-
and bolt
-2-
and remove right coolant pipe.
Installing

Specified torques
→ Chapter

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Secure hose connections with hose clips corresponding to the series equipment

Replenish coolant
