Removing and installing throttle valve module
Removing
–  Remove engine cover panel → Chapter.
–  Remove noise insulation → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. gr.66.
   
–  Remove air hose, loosen hose clips -1- and -2- for this.

–  Remove bolts -arrows-.
–  Free coolant hose -3-.
–  Loosen hose clip -2-.
–  Disconnect electrical connector -1- on charge pressure sender -G31- and remove air pipe.

–  Disconnect electrical connector -2-.
–  Remove bolt -1- for dipstick guide tube.
–  Unscrew bolts -arrows- and remove throttle valve module -J338-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
l  Specified torque → Chapter „Assembly overview - intake manifold“.

Renew O-ring.
