q   Note specified torques → Item.

7 - O-ring
q   Renew.
8 - 8 Nm
9 - 20 Nm
10 - 8 Nm
11 - Coolant pipe
12 - Gasket
q   Renew.
13 - 8 Nm
14 - Oil return pipe
15 - 8 Nm
16 - Turbocharger with exhaust manifold
q   The turbocharger can only be renewed together with the exhaust manifold.
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
17 - Gasket
q   Renew.
18 - 16 Nm
q   Renew.
19 - Bracket
20 - Banjo bolt
q   Renew.
  Note
Beginning with model year 2009 ► revised oil supply pipe installed. Note differing specified torques.
Specified torques:
q   Banjo bolt on cylinder block 30 Nm
q   Banjo bolt on timing housing 20 Nm.
21 - Seal
