Central Air Flap Motor V70, Removing and Installing

Central Air Flap Motor V70, Removing And Installing

Removing:

CAUTION:

-

Switch off all electrical consumers.

-

Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.

-

Remove instrument panel.

-

Disconnect electrical connection from Central Air Flap Motor V70.

-

Remove screws - 1 - and remove motor.

Installing:

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following.

NOTE:

-

After installing, check motor/flap function.

-

Initiate "Basic Setting" function using Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System VAS 5051/5052 in operating mode "Guided Fault
Finding"

Removing:

Switch off all electrical consumers.

Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.

Remove left footwell air vent.

-

Remove bracket.

-

Remove heater core cover.
