Disconnect electrical connection from motor - 3 -.

-

Unhook brace from actuator lever - 1 -.

-

Remove screws - 2 - and remove motor - 3 -.

Installing:

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following.

NOTE:

-

After installing, check motor/flap function.

-

Initiate "Basic Setting" function using Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System VAS 5051/5052 in operating mode "Guided Fault
Finding"

Removing:

CAUTION:

-

Switch off all electrical consumers.

-

Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.

-

Remove glove compartment

-

Remove right footwell air vent.

-

Disconnect electrical connection from Right Temperature Flap Motor V159.

-

Remove screws - 1 - and remove motor.

-

Unhook brace - 2 - from motor.

Installing:

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following.

NOTE:

-

After installing, check motor/flap function.

-

Initiate "Basic Setting" function using Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System VAS 5051/5052 in operating mode "Guided Fault
Finding"
