All hose connections are secured with clamps.

Charge air system must be properly sealed.

Note assembly markings at hoses and components during installation.

Note installation position of heat shield mats.
1. Air guide
2. 10 Nm
3. Charge air pressure sensor -G31-*
4. O-ring

Always replace
5. Rubber grommet

With sleeve
6. 10 Nm
7. Intake hose

Check for secure seating

Between intake manifold and charge air cooler
8. Heat shield mats

Note installed position
9. Screw clamp

For vehicles with engine code AWP, AWV, BKF, BNU with quick-release connection (with O-ring and retaining clip)
10. Connection hose

Check for secure seating
11. Lower air guide pipe
