Remove securing bolt - 1 - from rear toothed belt guard - 2 -.

-

Unscrew securing bolts - 5 - for coolant pump and remove coolant pump - 4 -.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order. When installing, note the following:

-

Moisten new O-ring - 3 - with coolant.

-

Insert coolant pump - 4 -, with sealing plug in housing facing down, in cylinder block and tighten securing bolts.

-

Tightening torque: 15 Nm

-

Tighten securing bolt - 1 - for rear toothed belt guard - 2 - on cylinder head.

-

Tightening torque: 20 Nm

-

Install and tension toothed belt.

-

Install upper and center sections of toothed belt guard.

-

Install ribbed belt tensioning element.

-

Tightening torque: 25 Nm 

-

Install Poly V-belt.

-

Fill with coolant.
