Removing and installing centre console > < Installing
Removing knee pad
   
Removing knee pad
1 - Retainer, left
q   To remove, A-pillar trim must first be removed.
q   Pull out retainer downwards from A-pillar
2 - Hexagon head bolt
q   10 Nm
q   When installing, first tighten lower and then upper bolt
3 - Retainer, right
q   Remove as per left retainer
4 - Combi bolt
q   10 Nm
5 - Trim
q   Unclip at an angle of 90 degrees
6 - Knee pad, right
q   To remove, left knee pad and lower A-pillar trim must first be removed
q   Pull out knee pad from behind centre console
7 - Cap
q   Lever out
8 - Combi bolt
q   10 Nm
9 - Knee pad, left
q   To remove, lower A-pillar trim must first be removed
q   Pull left knee pad outwards from knee pad
  Note
When installing knee pad, ensure routing of electrical wiring is correct in area of ignition lock and steering column.
10 - Self-tapping screw
11 - Combi bolt
q   10 Nm
12 - Trim
q   Unclip at an angle of 90 degrees
