Cap ◆ Ensure good seal - no leaks CO sampling pipe ◆ Only engine code 2E Gasket ◆ Renew Washer 25 Nm Exhaust manifold 30 Nm 40 Nm ◆ Tightening sequence => Fig. 1



Front exhaust pipe ◆ Removing and installing 10 Nm Heat shield ◆ For top of catalyst Catalyst ◆ Before installing, install upper heat shield -item 11 - Bracket ◆ For heat shield To centre silencer ◆ , item 1 Heat shield ◆ For bottom of catalyst

◆ Grease only the threads with "G5"; "G5" must not get into the slots on the probe body
◆ Checking:
