Note:

Only on vehicles with manual gearbox.

• ● Basic throttle valve setting OK.,
  Checking

• ‒ Remove pressure regulating valve and idling stabilization valve.

Checking

• ‒ → Open throttle valve and close again, until the closing damper plunger -2- just touches the roller -3-.
• ‒ In this position check the gap between the limiting screw -arrow- and the throttle valve lever -1- with a jet gauge or drill.
       Specification: 1.5...2.5 mm

Adjusting

• ‒ Clamp a 2mm øbetween limiting screw -arrow- and throttle valve lever -1-.
• ‒ Adjust closing damper so that the plunger -2- just touches the roller -3-.
