  Note
Before inserting new brake pads, press piston back into the cylinder with resetting tool. Before pressing the piston back, draw off brake fluid from the reservoir with a bleed bottle. Otherwise, fluid can overflow and cause damage, particularly if reservoir has been topped up.
   
–  Press piston back.
–  Insert brake pads.
–  Swing brake caliper housing downwards and tighten hexagon bolts.
  Note
t  The repair kit includes two self-locking hexagon bolts which must always be installed.
t  After replacing brake pads, depress brake pedal firmly several times with vehicle stationary so that the pads are properly seated in their normal operating position.
