Removing entire dash panel insert
Removing entire dash panel insert
–  Lever out cover for horn and remove steering wheel.
  Note
Remove driver airbag on vehicles with an airbag → General body repairs, interior; Rep. Gr.68.
   
–  Lever cover -1- out of centre console using long nose pliers.
–  Remove light switch → Chapter.
–  Remove the 5 screws -arrows- and unclip the trim for the instruments.

–  Unscrew left and right securing bolts -2-.
–  Pull right side of dash panel insert out of dash panel.
–  Disconnect multi-pin connectors on back of housing.
