Camber

Front wheel camber, adjusting 

Note:  Front wheel camber cannot be set separately It is possible, however, to move the subframe in order to symmetrically center the front wheel
camber within the specified range.

-

Remove undertray.

-

Remove bolts -3- and -4-.

-

Install special tool VAG 1941.
Tightening torque of bolts -1-: 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.)

Loosen bolts -1-, -2-, -5-, -6-, -7- and -8- .

-

Set front wheel camber within specified range by turning bolt -2-.

-

Relieve tension on bolt -2- and check the readings obtained, if necessary correct camber again.
