Replace coolant if heater core is replaced

Evaporator * 

Insert thermostat sensing tube guide before installing

Intake air duct * 

Coat sealing surface with silicone rubber sealant (locally available)

Seal * 

Coat sealing surface with silicone rubber sealant (locally available)

Evaporator housing (upper) * 

Coat sealing surface with silicone rubber sealant (locally available)

Fresh air blower series resistance, N23 

Includes overheat fuse

Intake air ring *

Fresh air/recirculation flap vacuum servo  * 

Insert rod into servo 58 mm (2.3 in.) before installing

Fresh air blower housing

Coat sealing surface with silicone rubber sealant (locally available)

Fresh air blower, V2

A/C thermostat, E33

Insert sensing tube into evaporator, 330 mm (13.0 in.)
