→ Note:

When reusing an undamaged window, cut back remaining adhesive sealing material -1- to thickness of 1 to 2 mm using an electric cutter and blade V.A.G 1561/10 with stop roller. Do not damage the pre-coating or sealing lip with spacing lip -2-.

  • ‒ → Do not damage spacing lip -1- and ceramic layer -2-.
Warning!
Do not prime, activate or use cleaning agent on adhesive surface.
Keep adhesive surface clean and grease-free.

Exception: If bonding is not performed immediately after cutting back, the remaining residual material must be activated with activator D 181 801 A1.
