Sliding/tilting roof with glass panel > 09.99
Setting "Zero position" on sliding/tilting roof drive
 
N60-0067
  • ‒ Remove sliding/tilting roof drive.
  • ‒ → Push in locking pin -2- on sliding/tilting roof drive.
  • ‒ Turn pinion -1- by hand to stop in raised position -arrow-. When doing this the locking pin -2- remains depressed.
  • ‒ Mark pinion -1- with a spot -3- (spot -3- aligns with the locating lug -4-).
 
N60-0068
  • ‒ → Turn pinion -1- back two turns to "Zero position". The locking pin -2- will now jump out. The marking -3- must align with the locking lug -4-.
  • ‒ Install the sliding/tilting roof drive in the "Zero position" of glass panel (check parallel running ).
