    • ◆ Check for ease of movement
  • O-ring

  • 25 Nm
    • ◆ Do not tighten until the injection pump is bolted tightly to the console

    • ◆ For coolant pump, coolant thermostat, ribbed belt tensioning roller, alternator and P.A.S. vane pump
  • 25 Nm

    • ◆ Checking: heat-up thermostat in water
    • ◆ Opening commences approx. 85 °C
    • ◆ Ends approx. 105 °C

  •      1 -     Guide bracket into fitted hole -1-
  •      2 -     Tighten bolt -2-, 25 Nm
  •      3 -     Tighten bolt -3-, 25 Nm
  •      4 -     Tighten bolt -4-, 25 Nm
  •      5 -     Tighten bolt -5-, 25 Nm
  •      6 -     Tighten bolt -6-, 25 Nm (injection pump must be tightly bolted to console)
