=> Repair group 24; Check functions; Check Lambda probe and Lambda regulation after catalyst

• ◆ Grease only the threads with "G 052 112 A3"; "G 052 112 A3" must not get into the slots on the probe body
• ◆ Remove and install with 3337

• ◆ For Lambda probe 2 after catalyst (G130) and Lambda probe heating (Z29)
• ◆ Black, 4-pin

• ◆ For Lambda probe 1 before catalyst (G39) and Lambda probe heating (Z19)

• Lambda probe 1 before catalyst (G39)*, 50Nm
• ◆ Checking:

=> Repair group 24; Check functions; Check Lambda probe and Lambda regulation before catalyst

• ◆ Grease only the threads with "G 052 112 A3"; "G 052 112 A3" must not get into the slots on the probe body
• ◆ Remove and install with 3337

• Locating nut, 40 Nm
• 10 Nm

Silencer with mountings

• Front exhaust pipe

• Dimension-a- = ca. 5 mm

1)     Front and rear silencers are installed as a single component as standard. In repair cases the front and rear silencers are supplied individually and a repair double clamp item 16 is supplied as a joint. Cut through connecting pipe at separating point -15 - with a body saw e.g. V.A.G 1523.
