Setting engine to TDC No. 1 cylinder, engine removed
Setting engine to TDC No. 1 cylinder, engine removed
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  TDC setting device -2068 A-
Procedure
  W00-0222
–  Screw in TDC adjustment bar -2068 A- as shown.
–  Set TDC adjustment bar -2068 A- to 13 mm. The left notch of the vernier scale -arrow A- is the reference point.
–  Turn crankshaft until flywheel TDC marking aligns with tip of TDC adjustment bar -2068 A--arrow B-.
