Preparation of rear lid for adhesion > < Rear spoiler (Blue Motion)|Remove

  Note
The spoiler supplied by Parts and accessories already has a base primer coat applied, and only needs the finish painting. Paint the spoiler according to the → Painting Manual.
–  Install auxiliary brake light → Electric equipment; Rep. Gr.94.
–  Follow assembly instructions → Chapter.
   
–  Cut the adhesive applicator nozzle as indicated below:
  Note
t  Cut the nozzle diagonally until its height is 3 mm “a”.
t  Cut the nozzle until its internal diameter is 3 mm “b”.

–  Apply adhesive on spoiler -area 3-.
–  Position spoiler and stick it on rear lid.
–  Fasten spoiler with adhesive (masking) tapes.
–  Clean areas from dirt caused by PUR adhesive → Chapter.
–  Ensure minimum drying time is observed → Chapter.
