Lower A pillar lining (left side) - remove and install
Lower A pillar lining (left side) - remove and install
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Spade -VW 037-.
Removal:
–  Remove the door sill trim → Chapter
  Q00-0014
–  Unlock the fastening clip -2- by using the Spatula -VW 037- and remove the drive lever -3-.
–  Remove the lower lining of column A -1- using the Spatula -VW 037-.
Installation:
The installation occurs in the reversal sequence of removal, observing the following instructions:
  Note
t  Before assembling, it is necessary to check the fastening clamp for damages and, if necessary, replace them.
t  After the installation, check that the internal door packing lip finishes the lower lining edges on A pillar -1-.
