Vacuum pump for 4-cylinders diesel engines and with distribution injector pump

Remove

–	Loosen the vacuum pump fastening clamp -arrow A-, disconnect the hose.

–	Loosen screw -arrow B- on the head flange.

–	Remove the vacuum pump.

Seal the vacuum pump

replace

4 -	Vacuum pump

0-Ring

replace

6 -	Hexagonal head screw, 20 Nm

Support

t	It is impossible to repair the vacuum pump.

t	For sealing, replace the two O-Rings pos. -3- and -5-.

Install

When installing the vacuum pump, ensure the proper fitting to the driving gear.

–	Fasten screw -arrow B- to the flange and install the vacuum hose with the clamp -arrow A-.
