Front brake caliper, FS II brake caliper - repair
t  In case of repairs, install the full repair set.
t  New brake calipers are filled with brake fluid and previously bled.
t  Apply a light coat of Assembly paste -G 052 150 A2- on the brake cylinder, plungers and sealing ring.
   
1 - Brake caliper case
2 - Protection cover
q   couple to the bleeder valve
3 - Bleeder valve
q   before installing, apply light coat of Assembly paste -G 052 150 A2- on threads.
q   10 Nm
4 - Spacer sleeve, upper
q   mount with Assembly paste -G 052 150 A2-
5 - Sleeve, upper
q   cut
q   mount with Assembly paste -G 052 150 A2-
6 - Bushing, upper
q   couple to the brake caliper
7 - Bushing, lower
q   couple to the brake caliper
8 - Sleeve, lower
q   cut
q   mount with Assembly paste -G 052 150 A2-
9 - Spacer sleeve, lower
q   mount with Assembly paste -G 052 150 A2-
10 - Sealing ring
q   remove with the help of a plastic wedge → Chapter
11 - Plunger
q   remove and install → Chapter
q   first apply a light coat of Assembly paste -G 052 150 A2- on the plunger.
12 - Protection cover
q   do not damage when inserting the plunger
