Installation
Installation
Install by inverting the removal sequence, paying attention to the following:
   
–  Lubricate the new sealing ring -3- with coolant.
–  Install the water pump -4-. Installation position: The plug in the case faces downward.
–  Tighten securing bolts -5-. Tightening torque: 15 Nm.
–  Tighten the fastening screw -1- from the mechanical distribution rear cover -2- on the cylinder head. Tightening torque: 20 Nm.
Installing the timing belt and adjusting distribution times → Chapter.
–  Install Poly-V belt → Chapter.
–  Fill cooling system → Chapter.
