Alternator

WARNING

Before executing any work on the electric system, it is necessary to disconnect the battery -A- → Chapter earth cable.

Note

t	Check whether the vehicle has a coded radio. If so, request the anti-theft code before disconnecting the Battery -A- earth wire.

t	Check Generator (Alternator) -C-: → Manual "Current flow diagram", Troubleshooting in the Electrical System and Installation Locations.

t	Upon reconnecting the Battery -A-, check the vehicle equipment (radio, clock, power locks and windows, etc.) according to the Workshop Manual and/or instructions for use.
