1 - 3 Nm
  Note
t  Self-tapping screws are used as standard for securing air filter upper part to air filter lower part as well as for intake connecting pipe. When these screws are loosened or tightened using a power tool, the threads in the upper part of the air filter may be damaged.
t  Therefore, the use of a power tool can only be allowed when:
t  The maximum speed of the power tool is 200 rpm.
t  A specified torque of max 3 Nm is set.
2 - Air filter upper part
3 - Seal
4 - Non-return valve
5 - Hose
q   To camshaft housing.
6 - Filter element
7 - Air filter lower part
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
8 - Spring-type clip
q   Remove and install using hose clip pliers -VAS 6340- or spring-type clip pliers -VAS 5024A-
9 - Intake hose
10 - Intake connecting pipe
11 - Splash guard
12 - 3 Nm
13 - Seal
14 - Rubber grommet
