Timing Chain Cover Assembly Overview

1 - Wiring router 
^

For wiring harness

^

With coolant pipe

2 - Stud bolt, 8 Nm 
^

For ground connection

3 - Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor 2 G163 
^

For exhaust camshaft

^

Before disconnecting, mark allocation of connector to component

4 - Chain tensioner, 40 Nm 
^

Only rotate engine with chain tensioner installed

5 - Seal 
^

Replace if damaged or leaking

6 - Bracket 
7 - Seals 
^

Replace if damaged or leaking

8 - 23 Nm 
9 - Bracket
