"Upper Rear" -A- and "Lower Rear" -B- Bonded Rubber Bushings, Installing

Lay a washer with an internal diameter of 15 mm and an outer diameter of minimum 27 mm on the spindle 3346/2 before it is installed.

"Lower Front" Bonded Rubber Bushing, Removing

To prevent oil from leaking out of the final drive in the following step, seal off both vent pipes.

Place the final drive with the top down on the workbench and remove the bonded rubber bushing:

A - Support, e.g. Kukko 22/1

B - Internal puller 12 to 16 mm, e.g. Kukko 21/1

A piece must be broken out of the bonded rubber bushing collar -arrow- to attach the counter support d.

Insert the internal puller in the separating gap between the upper and lower bonded rubber bushings and brace it.

Note: If the bonded rubber bushing will be replaced separately, it can be removed with a counter support, such as the Kukko 22/1 and an internal
puller 12 to 16 mm, such as the Kukko 21/1.
