Place Headlamp Beam Adjusting Motor - 1 - in headlamp in position shown in illustration.

Raise low beam reflector slightly and pivot positioning motor ball head - 1 - so that it can slide in - direction of arrow - into ball head mount - 2 -.

Raise low beam reflector slightly and rotate Headlamp Beam Adjusting Motor - 1 - in - direction of arrow - as far as stop.

Install both Headlamp Beam Adjusting Motors bolts and install cover cap.

CAUTION:  When installing the cover cap, make sure the cap is properly seated. It is destroyed by ingress of water into headlamp.

Seal broken out assembly opening - 1 - with a plug ordered separately

Check headlamp for function.

Check and adjust headlamp aim if necessary
